What we look for
- Demonstrable, hands-on experience in your trade electrical, plumbing, solar/inverter, carpentry, cleaning, or welding.
- At least one verifiable reference from previous work.
- Willingness to follow the Atlas safety checklist and standardized pricing on every job.
- Reliability showing up on time and communicating delays honestly.
- Respectful, professional conduct with customers and colleagues.
- Agreement to the Academy and platform terms and conditions before deployment.
