Terms and Conditions

1. Who this applies to

Anyone applying to join the Atlas Steward Academy or to work as an Atlas Steward technician, regardless of trade category.

2. What we expect from you

• Accept only jobs assigned or confirmed through Atlas dispatch.
• Arrive within the agreed time window, or notify dispatch immediately if delayed.
• Charge only the price confirmed by Atlas for a job no on-site price changes without approval.
• Follow the Atlas safety checklist on every job, without exception.
• Treat every customer, their property, and their household with respect.
• Report job completion and any complications to dispatch the same day.

3. What you must not do

• Accept payment or side requests outside what Atlas has quoted, without disclosing it.
• Subcontract or send a substitute to a job without prior written approval.
• Solicit an Atlas customer to book you directly, outside Atlas see Section 6.
• Misrepresent your qualifications, certifications, or experience.
• Work while impaired, or engage in abusive or discriminatory behaviour.
• Damage a customer's property beyond the agreed scope of work.

4. Accountability

If a completed job is found faulty due to your workmanship, you will return and correct it at no additional charge. Where Atlas reasonably determines that damage resulted from negligence or a safety-checklist failure, you may be held financially responsible for the reasonable cost of repair, following a fair review that includes your account of events.

Serious violations theft, fraud, harassment, working impaired, or a safety violation causing harm result in immediate removal from the platform and may be referred to the relevant authorities.

5. Payment

Payment terms (commission share and payout timing) are confirmed with you directly before your first job and set out in your individual technician agreement.

6. Non-circumvention & confidentiality

Customer details shared with you are for completing the assigned job only. You agree not to solicit or accept work directly from a customer introduced through Atlas, outside of Atlas, for a period defined in your individual technician agreement.

7. Independent contractor status

You are engaged as an independent contractor/partner, not an employee of Atlas Steward. You are responsible for your own applicable taxes and any required trade permits.

8. Your data

Information and the passport photo you submit are used to evaluate your application and, if approved, to create your technician profile. We do not sell your data to third parties.
